Targeted Proteomics Assays

Any interest in a relatively inexpensive assay to measure up to 61 proteins for tumor associated antigens? If so let me know. JPT has a set of isotope labeled peptides we can order and set up. Should not be too difficult (famous last words....)

This is a good example of the power of LC-MS/MS for discovering protein interactions. Current mass spectrometers seem well suited for this. Dr Eigenheer in the facility used an on-bead digestion (see Protocols) for this study.
